Walker Weightlifting cycles will enhance the performance of all Weightlifters, from the Elite national Athletes who train under us to beginner level lifter. Each cycle leads on from the previous and aims to improve your Snatch and Clean & Jerk utilizing highly technical complex work with progressive overload training. 

A unique and important aspect of my Weightlifting cycles are the auxiliary training sessions included, these workouts are made up of my personal favorite exercises I use to combat muscular weakness, postural imbalances and muscular growth of the most crucial muscle groups. 

If you are an Olympic lifter looking for a solid strength building program to improve your Oly Total, or a CrossFitter wanting to spend some time as an Olympic Lifter and build your total, this program is for you. 

  • 5 days/week of programming done by Coach Alex 

  • Session length: 90-120 minutes each 

  • Programming provided on Train Heroic.
