Walker Weightlifting cycles will enhance the performance of all Weightlifters, from the Elite national Athletes who train under us to beginner level lifter. Each cycle leads on from the previous and aims to improve your Snatch and Clean & Jerk utilizing highly technical complexes along with progressive overload training. 

This Program could be used as a supplemental work to your current program, or used as a stand alone program. 

  • 3 days/week of programming done by Coach Alex 

  • Session length: 75 minutes each 

  • Programming provided on Train Heroic. 

  • Video references for each exercise, and specific instructions on how to get the most out of each session. 

  • Session tracking through Train Heroic app.
